Luke 8:48-50

⁴⁸ Then He said to her, “Daughter, be of good cheer. Your faith has made you well. Go in peace.”

⁴⁹ While He was still speaking, someone from the synagogue ruler’s house came, saying to Jairus, “Your daughter is dead. Do not trouble the Teacher.”

⁵⁰ But when Jesus heard it, He answered him, “Do not fear. Only believe, and she will be made well.”
